Reminder to Our Staff – Nurse Availability

If you are available to work, please fill out the Nurse Availability Form online. Please fill this form out every Sunday for your availability for the upcoming week. Due to the expansion of WCHH staffing this will ensure who is available to work, and this will cut down the number of calls we are receiving.
