A Word from Our Operations Director on Employment
I’ve been in the health care and nursing industries for more than 30 years. I decided to open this business to offer quality care at an affordable rate because I believe nursing doesn’t stop at 8 hours or 12 hours. Nursing, to me, is a 24-hour job. My nurses feel good and confident working for us.
A lot of nursing school graduates can make up to $40 per hour and don’t care about what they’re doing or who they work for. I don’t think it should be that way. I feel you should establish yourself with a company, get good benefits, and still have bedside manner when it comes to your patients. I want my nurses to take pride in what they do and know that nursing doesn’t stop at the end of a shift.
